This themed class celebrates America with a general overview of our country's historical highlights, following a timeline starting with the ancestral presence throughout the land of Native Americans (showcasing one of the many Nations, The Wampanoags and their record keeping wampum belts); paintings depicting the arrival of Christopher Columbus, the European Settlers, Mayflower, Thanksgiving; pieces of luxurious silverware used during colonial times and made by Paul Revere, Jr.; paintings ...
To celebrate the values of great nations, such as Education, Equality, Fraternity, Freedom & Justice.
Teacher studied Fine Arts at the Cándido Bidó Academy and Crealde School of Art, where her art work was exhibited; she holds a B.A. in psychology, a Master's Degree in Liberal Studies; her thesis work was on Art & Humanities, including an Exhibit she curated for City Hall based on her work, Symbiotic Relationships; she carries Art in her DNA; and is a valued Art History teacher on our Outschool platform (see other parents' reviews).

All works of art (paintings, frescoes, sculptures, silverware) were selected from the following major museums: From the U.S.A.: The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Smithsonian, the Art Institute of Chicago, Library of Congress, and the Capitol. From the Mayflower 400 Years Commemoration Project: Wampanoag wampum belts.
