Description

Class Experience

To learn some basic mindfulness skills as well as simple art practices to calm the mind, live in the moment and alleviate everyday stress 
I am an Expressive Arts Therapist/Intermodal, Teaching Artist, Meditation Teacher, Master EFT Practitioner, Published Author and Homeschooling Mama to 3 of my own. I have been using the arts as a way to discover, heal, explore our hearts minds and bodies for over 2 decades with adults and children. 
For this class learner's will need: Markers or Sharpies paper colored pencils or pens water colors or acrylic paints paintbrushes paper towels old magazines scissors glue stick
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
