Description

Class Experience

In this class, students will look at and discuss the bizarre artwork of NY street artist Buff Monster. We will look at slides of his artwork and video of his process. Ample opportunities will be given for students to share their impressions, thoughts, and observations with one another particularly during this time as we get to know the artist better. 
After being inspired by Buff Monster's ice cream paintings, students will be gently led in constructing their eyeball ice cream character....

This class is taught in English.

Supplies: Please have ready before class starts!
drawing or multi-media paper
colored pencils - soft lead is best for blending - Prismacolor has an affordable student grade set
and/or 
markers
Sharpie
*recommended -colorless pencil - Prismacolor has one (only a couple dollars) this makes blending colors super smooth and is a lot of fun to use!
-creativity and an open-mind

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
