Description
Class Experience
In this class learners will create a mountain landscape! This is a hands on class where students will be creating the project as I demonstrate. I will be doing a guided drawing of the example. Students can personalize their art and make choices. I will show students several examples to help with the brainstorming process! No prior knowledge is needed. Students have the choice of media-markers, watercolor or color pencil will all work for this project. I will be using fine marker & water...
Create a mountain landscape!
If students do not complete their drawing in the allotted class time they may choose to complete on their own time. I will be showing examples of how to finish their drawing.
1. Watercolor paper or heavyweight 8.5x11 paper 2. Permanent Thin black Marker 3. Chosen art media: students can use water based markers or watercolor paint. I will be using Tombow water based brush markers in the demonstration. On amazon: https://a.co/d/hbl92Ty 4. Pencil 5. Paint brush and water 6. Optional: white gel pen
Informal assessment- at the end of the class students will be asked to share their final project with the class. I will ask students "What are you most proud of?" and "What would you work on if you had more time?"
