In this 4 day summer art camp, we will draw kawaii, mermaid, and Pusheen cats including cats as Kawaii food! Lots of individual artistic creativity and socialization round out this fun art camp.

Description
Class Experience
In this 4 day art camp, students will have so much fun as we draw all different types of cute Pusheen and Kawaii style cats. We will discuss the use of basic shapes to make characters. We will look at different ways eye shapes, ear placement, and mouth expressions change the the look and feel of our characters. We will discuss how to visually represent the emotions of happy, sad, grumpy, and angry. Students will practice drawing using a pencil and eraser. Students will use a marker to draw a...
Students will learn how to draw characters from basic shapes. Students will learn tips and tricks for drawing emotions. Students will gain confidence in artistic ability through practice.
Some students may need time after class to finish coloring.
Drawing paper pencil eraser fine tip Sharpie marker colored pencils or watercolor paints
3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
