Class Experience

5 animals in 5 days! 

Artists will need the following supplies for the 5 day camp: 

5 or more sheets of watercolor paper 
pencil
eraser
black permanent marker 
watercolors
paint brush
water cup
paper towels

In this 5 day art camp, I will guide students in drawing and painting one animal per day in the following order:  cat, owl, rabbit, llama, deer.  I use an instructional technique called directed drawing. Simply put, I break the drawings down into simple lines and shapes and demonstrate...
