Class Experience
In a Flex class, there are no live meetings. This means your child will receive pre-recorded video lessons they can watch and paint at their own pace on whatever schedule works best! HOW IT WORKS: Every Monday, I will post the week's video in the classroom and it will be available for the duration of the Flex session. This class really benefits students best when there is a lot of classroom participation. Please help your learner to: 1. Submit a photo of their work weekly, by Friday if possible. 2. Via a video or written comments, provide an explanation of their work or process. 3. View other's pictures and write comments/kind reactions for learners to see. 4. Students are to engage in a fun scavenger hunt for images similar to what we are painting. They should post theses images to the classroom for others to use as reference material for that week’s paintings. 5. On Wednesdays, check for and respond to weekly teacher questions/prompts and read and respond to other learners responses. 6. My Flex classes are very interactive, particularly because students are free to schedule solo or group meeting with me to chat with others or see a live demonstration if they require more assistance.
