Description

Class Experience

In this class we will use a step by step method to draw an owl.  To warm up we will learn fun facts about owls.  We will use descriptive language to talk about colours and shapes.  We will make our pictures unique by adding a background, texture and unique details.  

The class is to be fun and interactive.  While we will learn simple steps to create a drawing we will also build social skills and our knowledge and understanding of both art and owls.

Something to draw with such as a pen, pencil or marker
Something to colour your picture- suggestions are:
- Markers 
- crayons 
- Pencil crayons/coloured pencils
- and/or pastels

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
