Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 6
This course will help boost students' chances of math testing sucess, simply by helping them prepare for the test; as Benjamin Franklin's said, " By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail ".

I will be teaching students in 3rd to 6th grade Common Core Math Standards, which are a set of educational standards used in The United States of America. Utilizing sample math specifications from the Department of Education and other learning sites, I will assess your student's testing readiness to identify critical proficiency gaps in common core math standards, and then work with your student to bridge those gaps. Additionally, this course will help your student familiarize with math testing specification, which may reduce testing anxiety and boost testing sucess! This an on-going course that will meet weekly for 45 minutes. My weekly learning topics will be learner-directed and customized to meet the needs of your learner. During our weekly sessions, your student will learn, practice, and review Common Core math standards via videos, direct instruction, games, and virtual learning tools.
