Class Experience

Students will learn about entomophagy or the practice of eating insects.
We will talk about the history of eating bugs, the facts, risks and use our imaginations in our discussion questions.
Learners will have an opportunity to be creative and share that with the class. I always encourage the involvement of my students. I have done this through creativity/art with the provided printable, visual aids in my slides, taking notes together, and interactive discussion questions. I believe your learner will enjoy my class on an interesting topic.

Note: students are not encouraged to change their diet, only to learn about the way that agriculture has changed what we eat throughout history.
There is an art printable that is optional homework for students.
 2 files available upon enrollment
A printable worksheet will be available for taking notes during class. An additional printable will be available for after-class artwork. Writing/coloring tools- pencil, crayons
My assessment is informal questions and discussion.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
