In this class your student will learn what animals live in the Arctic. Where is the Arctic? How do the animals survive these very cold temperatures? I will provide a PowerPoint during class to show off these amazing creatures of the far North! Some of the animals we will see are mammals (polar bears and the Arctic fox), birds such as the snowy owl, and some that live in the waters (narwhal and beluga whale). I will provide a fun worksheet that will be completed during our lesson. Let's learn...
