Description
Class Experience
Students will memorize the poem "The Crocodile" by Lewis Carroll. Students will be encouraged to recite the poem aloud in class. Students will be encouraged to recite the poem to someone outside of class. Students will learn tips and tricks to aid in memorizing. Students will learn tips and tricks to aid in reviewing memorized passages. Students will enjoy learning the poem. Students will be introduced to the author of the poem. Students will be able to explain in one or two sentences the meaning of the poem.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
