Applied Music Theory | Private lessons | Ages 7-12 In this 25min ongoing weekly music theory lessons, I will create a personalized music theory curriculum to meet the student's individual interests, goals, and musical experiences. Depending on the student's interests and goals, our lessons will integrate music theory, composition, analysis/interpretation and/or history as needed. Homework Offered
Students will be working on weekly music theory assignments to explore, practice, and review materials introduced in the class. I will be going over all the assignments at the end of each class and send a message and/or PDF file of any class notes and/or instructions needed for the weekly assignments.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Depending on the student's interests and background, I will recommend and discuss appropriate music theory books as needed. Otherwise, I will provide all the music theory activities and handouts for the students, and customize the class materials to meet the student's individual needs. Optional: Piano and/or any other instrument(s)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
