Application Consultation : 1-on-1 Private Session

In this on-demand tutoring class, students will work in a private setting to discuss with the consultant how to present a compelling final application ready for submission.

Using effective idea-generating exercises to help the students to think of the content they will use, I will teach them how to organize those ideas into compelling stories that will make positive and memorable impressions. 

We will meet as many times as you need to on a daily or weekly basis. Typically, the student will know the application they are applying with and/or essay questions to write about and we will work together through each one until they are polished, clear, and leave a powerful impression on the readers. 

My style is informal and conversational because that is the most effective way to gather information about students whom I have never met before. Good writing requires a combination of creativity and structure which we will discuss together. This class will provide the most value to students who are motivated to focus and work on developing their writing skills until their application is finished.

This private session is ideally for motivated and determined students who are looking to apply for specific admissions into science, mathematical, STEM-related, boarding school, scholarship programs and more.
