Gluten Free Apple Cider Donut Cake with Glaze Ingredients: Gluten Free OR Regular Yellow cake mix PLUS ingredients needed on box to make the cake 3/4 cup apple cider, divided 1 Tbsp brown sugar ½ cup apple sauce 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ cup sugar 1 cup powdered sugar ¼ cup (about 1/2 stick) butter or margarine Nonstick Cooking Spray Materials: Oven Access Required Electric Hand Mixer OR Electric Stand Mixer, if using hand mixer will need one large mixing bowl in addition to materials below Bundt Pan Rubber Spatula 3 small bowls Fork Measuring Spoons Measuring Cups Pastry Brush Optional: Apron, pot holders, cooling rack, paper towels/kitchen towel for wiping hands and cleaning as necessary
