Prerequisites:
โ€ข	A basic understanding of the principles and structure of the United States government
โ€ข	Proficiency in reading and analyzing primary source documents such as the U.S. Constitution, historical speeches, and Supreme Court decisions
โ€ข	Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate different perspectives on political issues
โ€ข	Familiarity with key concepts in American history, such as federalism, separation of powers, and checks and balances
โ€ข	Strong writing skills, including the ability to construct and support a well-organized argument
โ€ข	Previous coursework in U.S. history or government is recommended but not required.

โ€ข	Analyze key Supreme Court cases and their impact on U.S. law and society.
