Needing support for your AP Biology course? Prepare for your test with an AP authorized teacher and experienced grader for the College Board! I can help you understand what graders are looking for in your test answers, as well as all the details of how the test is constructed to help you reach your highest score! We will meet weekly to study together--to review content, question types, and to answer your questions about the AP Biology course. This course will cover various question types you will face on the AP test. We will also discuss content throughout the AP curriculum to reinforce the content you are covering in your class. Students are encouraged to bring questions or topics they are specifically needing help with weekly. This course will help you prepare for the AP Biology test, but also provide support for your course over the school year. Topics to include AP units: Chemistry of Life Cell Structure and Function Cellular Energetics Cell Communication and Cell Cycle Heredity Gene Expression and Regulation Natural Selection Ecology
Learning Goals
The students will learn test taking strategies, as well as receive support for the content studied during their course.

Having learned within a hybrid system (American and International), and graduated with an IB Diploma, I have a well-rounded insight into what graders are looking for. I hope to share this global understanding with students and help them be successful whether in AP, IB, or standard courses.
In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, and going out with friends and family. I’m fluent in both Arabic and English, and I hold a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Health and Society, an Associate’s degree in Science, and an IB diploma.
