The baby Yoda character from the latest Star Wars movie is so popular and fun to draw! We will take that fun a step further by adding Japanese style anime eyes. Students will learn about the characteristics of the Japanese drawing style called anime. Then students will follow along with me as we draw baby Yoda. Students will have the option to make their Yoda a boy or girl, as well as create their own fun background for their drawing. This is a detailed drawing that will take most of the 55 mins, but before our class is over, each student will have a chance to share his/her art with the class.

-white drawing paper -pencil and eraser -black sharpie, marker or black colored pencil -colored pencils or crayons for adding color

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
