Class Experience
In this one-time Anime and manga drawing class for beginners, students will learn how to draw an Anime person. Proportion makes it very easy to get the different dimensions of any drawing. The students will learn how to use proportions to achieve the perfect Anime person's drawing. We will pay particular attention to major details on the face, details like: the nose, the eyes, the mouth and the hair. Students can add their own twist to the drawing to make it unique to them. Students will build their social skills as they interact with other students about Anime characters. Students will learn the basics of drawing in Anime and Manga style. Students will successfully draw/sketch a person in the Anime style.
For the perfect Anime drawing, students will need a drawing paper, pencil(s), a good eraser, a sharpener and a ruler. Excitment and creativity are also highly recommended 😊.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
