Have you ever wondered what life is like for animals on a farm? Come tour my farm as we meet and learn about my cows, horses, mules, ducks, and kittens! Approximate Class Structure: - 20 minutes of Observation and Discussion Time: At the beginning of each class, we will take a virtual tour of my farm and meet the animal of the day! (Videos introducing my animals and their habitats will be prerecorded.) After meeting each animal, we will discuss via interactive PowerPoint where each animal lives, what each animal eats, and some amazing facts about each animal. - 8 minutes of Game Time: Game time will help us reinforce what we have observed and learned about farm animals. Campers will have to work together to determine which animal is being described through pictures, tracks, sounds, or word descriptions! - 7 minutes of Craft Time: For our craft, we will create a suitable habitat for the animal of the day! Topics: - Day 1: Let's meet and learn about cows and their calves! - Day 2: Let's meet and learn about horses and mules! - Day 3: Let's meet and learn about ducks and kittens!
