Class Experience

Animals, Alphabet, & Art . . . Oh My!
Come join me for some fun in our Animals, Alphabet, & Art class!! 
In this exciting, ongoing class, each week we will learn about a new animal.

Each week the animal will be chosen based on the requests and interests of the students.  So we can learn about anything from lions, tigers, and bears . . . to cockatoos, pythons, and Green Basilisk lizards!!

Through interactive play and discussion, your child will learn at least 3 interesting facts about one...

Students will be able to:
*identify at least 3 facts about the animal of the day
*recognize the letter and sound relationship for the letter of the day
*practice writing the letter of the day
*create an arts and crafts project on the animal of the day
*participate in class discussions

Every week, you will receive worksheets for letter writing practice, as well as an arts & crafts worksheet for the project of the day.  These will need to be printed in advance.
Each week I will also recommend other supplies for our arts & crafts project, such as crayons, glue, construction paper, etc.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
