Teacher expertise and credentials
Growing up along the beautiful Oregon Coast, I developed a deep love for the ocean and its incredible creatures. My passion for marine life led me to teach youth classes at Twin Rocks Outdoor School for two years, where I focused on tide pools and ocean habitats. I’ve always been fascinated by the wonders of the sea and am excited to share that enthusiasm with your students!

With over 14 years of experience working with children and youth, I’ve had the opportunity to serve as a preschool teacher, church youth leader, 4-H adviser, and a homeschooling parent for more than 11 years. I also have training in early childhood education, working with children with special needs, and supporting at-risk youth.

I’m committed to creating engaging, supportive, and inspiring learning environments where students can thrive and explore their curiosity about the world around them!
