Description
Class Experience
I am certified as a personal trainer as well as have taught group fitness classes for over 4 years.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Since movement is part of class, adult supervision is recommended.
