In each lesson we'll look at what defines these groups of animals as well as some of the unique characteristics of the animals themselves. We'll look at slides, learn interesting facts about what makes animals and groups of animals unique. Some students will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of learning about some familiar and maybe not-so-familiar animals. Other students who are interested in a more academic perspective as they learn about taxonomy, anatomy, physiology, and ecology. This club can be a great supplement to advanced coursework that requires a deep understanding of the animal kingdom. There are no prerequisites for this club and it is open to all.
