Class Experience

This exciting club is all about beginner artists learning how to sketch different animation pictures of their favorite animals. Proportion makes it very easy to get the different dimensions of any drawing. The students will learn how to use proportions to achieve the perfect animal drawing each week. We will pay particular attention to major details on the face, details like, the nose, the eyes, the mouth and the ears, we will also pay attention to all the details on other parts of the body.
Students will learn how to color/ shade their sketching neatly and beautifully if they want to (this is optional).
We will draw a different type of animation animal each week and the type of animal we will draw will be based on the students' votes for their preferred animal. I encourage creativity a lot in my classes, so students can add their own tweak to the drawing to make it unique to them. It will be an interactive class, so students can share their views and what they love about the different animals we will draw each week. I love to go at the students' pace, and I check in with every student to make sure they are getting the drawing before moving to the next step.

I give amazing feedback to every student on arears where they have done a great job and arears they could improve on with their drawings.
The class is beginner friendly, so no previous experience is required. However, experienced artists are welcome.

Below are the topics for the next 5 weeks:

Week of (28th of July): A Cute Dog

Important Note: The Animals to be drawn in subsequent weeks are subject to change based on the students' votes.

Week of (4th of August): A cute Dinosaur

Week of (11th of August): A cute Cheetah

Week of (18th of August): A cute cat

Week of (25th of August): A cute bird

The class will continue as usual in subsequent weeks.

Please Note: Each week's drawing does not build on the drawing of the previous week, so students can join the class at anytime.

You are a great artist and I look forward to meeting you soon.

In case your schedule changes I will be happy to transfer your learner to another time that works better for your family.

Hello! My name is Favour. I love teaching young children. I teach pre-school and elementary classes, I also teach up to secondary classes. I am really passionate about creativity and I have taught many students how to unleash their creative nature. I won a creativity and innovation award in the university. I am excited to offer my classes to even more students on this platform. I believe that every child is a potential artist and the most important thing about arts and crafts is being creative in your own way and having fun while at it. I look forward to helping each student discover their talents.

Aside from teaching in a class room setting, I also teach and share my experiences on my YouTube Channel. I have authored and published 5 books. I do not only teach verbally, I also write to inspire youth across the world, helping them understand their purpose and how to unleash their natural creativity.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance. I am a mum of an amazing toddler who I currently home school and we have fun trying out new creative ideas everyday.

At my leisure, I enjoy traveling, cooking, decorating and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to creating with your learners.
