Description
Class Experience
During this class we will work on our social skills. Students will work on listening and learning from others as well as sharing with the group as a whole. Animal Crossing is an excellent game for students to learn the skill of buying, selling and trading to accumulate items and make money.
Animal Crossing New Horizons, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Online membership if the student desires to travel to other islands. (Not required for this class). Please test your internet connection in order to play this game.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents please work with your child to ensure they understand your permissions for adding friends on Animal Crossing (not required for this class but if you allow it they are welcome to). Please provide your student with the parameters you have in place for the chat and online features. I will remind students each class to ensure their parents allow them to add friends and visit islands. Students can still participate in this social club without permissions to add or travel to islands. We will have plenty of discussions and interactions!
