Description
Class Experience
In this safe educational environment, students will be able to; practice valuable social and conversational skills collaborate with their peers express their creativity develop and execute new game ideas learn social behavior through gameplay take part in shared activities gain confidence by learning new skills I also believe that one of the most redeeming qualities of playing Animal Crossing is that it promotes sharing and generosity.
In addition to a Master's Degree in Elementary Education along with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Fine Art, I am an educator with over 10 years of experience teaching online, in the classroom, and at a learning center. I am certified to teach preschool through 6th grade. I have been playing Animal Crossing New Horizons since the game was released. My island has achieved the coveted milestone of a 5-star rating. I play daily and keep up with new updates as they are released. I have logged hundreds of hours of gameplay. I like to make learning fun and memorable. I am a strong advocate of learning through play.
Switch or Switch lite Animal Crossing New Horizons Game Nintendo Online Subscription Please note, students will need to have a subscription with "Nintendo Online Membership" in order to access online features such as visiting my island. If your child does not have an online subscription, they are still welcome to participate in discussions and gameplay in a safe social environment, but will not be able to partake in activities where they need to visit another island in order to participate.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners will be using a dodo code to visit my island.
