In this one-time gaming class, learners will fly to my island in Animal Crossing New Horizons for a Halloween party and get all the Spooky themed items and pumpkins. Learners will play games and have fun exploring my five-star island!

▬▬▬▬▬▬ DESCRIPTION ▬▬▬▬▬▬ In this one-time class, learners will fly to my island for a Halloween Party by using a dodo code. Each learner will be given spooky 'Nightmare Before Christmas' themed items as a special in game gift from me. While learners are on my island, it will be night time with a spooky and fun atmosphere. Each learner that is on my island will be able to visit my shops, talk to my villagers, and have fun exploring! 🎃 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ITEMS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Learners in this class will receive the in game items that are listed below from me: - Spooky Arch - Spooky Scarecrow - Spooky Tower - Spooky Carriage - Spooky Lantern - Spooky Chair - Spooky Table - Spooky Lantern Set - Spooky Standing Lamp - Spooky Candy Set - Spooky Garland - Spooky Table Setting - Spooky Tree - Spooky Trick Lamp - Spooky Treats Basket - Orange Pumpkins (x10) - Yellow Pumpkins (x10) - Green Pumpkins (x10) - White Pumpkins (x10) - 1 Mystery Gift ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ REQUIREMENTS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ - Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Lite - Nintendo Online Membership - Animal Crossing New Horizons - Stable Internet Connection ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ HOW TO FLY ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Just head to your airport and talk to Orville. You will need to use the prompts below to navigate to the screen you need to enter my Dodo code into. Here are the chat options you will need to click listed in order below: - I wanna fly! - I wanna visit someone. - Via online play. - Roger! - Search via Dodo Code. Enter a Dodo code: Use this screen to enter my Dodo code. This is the Dodo code I will send you at the beginning of class. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ NOTE ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ You will need to make sure your child has an airport on their island that is open and ready to use flight. I will send each learner the Dodo code they need to fly to my island at the beginning of class. Please make sure your child is ready to fly with online play and to use a Dodo code for this class. Please make sure the Nintendo Switch you use for our class has a stable internet connection. You can check this by looking at how many Wi-Fi bars you have in the top right corner of your screen. You need 3 full bars for a completely stable connection. If you do not have 3 full bars, you can try moving your switch closer to your internet router.

NINTENDO ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION
All learners will need to have a Nintendo Account that has access to online play through a Nintendo Online subscription plan in order to participate in this class. If your learner does not have a Nintendo Account or Nintendo Online, please set this up for your learner before they join this class. In order to create a Nintendo Account, you will need to create a Nintendo profile on your Nintendo Switch. After you have created your Nintendo Account, you will be able to link your Nintendo Account to Nintendo Online. Nintendo Online requires an individual or family subscription that is paid annually. For more assistance and guidance on how to set up your Nintendo Account with Nintendo Online, please visit the "Nintendo Online" link that is listed under the External Resources Section.
ANIMAL CROSSING NEW HORIZONS
Each learner will be required to have the video game Animal Crossing New Horizons, which can be purchased through the Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo Switch, as well as Nintendo Online in order to fully participate in this class.
COSTUMES
Masks are welcome, however, masks should be removed for identification during the first four minutes of class to meet safety and privacy policies. Please note that costumes will be vetted by the educator to ensure that they met Outschool standards (secular, age-appropriate, etc.). Thank you!

Hey there! I'm Sheila, and I'm super excited to be here with you on this awesome learning adventure!
I've been teaching professionally since 2012. I spent 8 years teaching in public schools, working with students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Then, in 2018, I transitioned to online teaching, connecting with hundreds of learners just like you from all over the globe. On Outschool alone, I have taught almost 500 learners!
Along with teaching, I'm also very passionate about exploring my creative side. I absolutely love working with digital art, designing my own mugs to sell on Etsy, and freelancing as a graphic designer. Currently, I am experienced with using Procreate, Procreate Dreams, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Gimp, Davinci Resolve, PowerPoint, and Canva.
When I'm not teaching or creating, you can find me snuggled up with my cat, Zuko, sipping on my favorite Starbucks latte, or dreaming up new Procreate tutorials. I can't wait to inspire your creativity and share everything I know with you in our classes together! ✨

First let me tell you how fun and engaging this teacher is! She’s somehow tied learning activities in with Animal crossing and the kids don’t even realize that they are learning while having fun!
