Do you love drawing and want a fun way to keep you motivated? Why not focus your art on something you are interested in, like Animal Crossing? In this ongoing class, students will get the opportunity to draw characters, objects, and other things that exist in the world of Animal Crossing! We will use these characters to develop our artistic skills and abilities. In this interactive and engaging class, students can expect too... -show any work they have started or finished from previous...
Students can improve in artistic abilities and artistic confidence while drawing Animal Crossing themed work.
Students are not required to work on projects outside of class, but may choose to if desired.
For this course, students may want.... Pencil Inking Pen/ Marker (thin... I recommend the brand Micron, but others work as well!) Coloring Utensils (Markers, Colored Pencils, Crayons, Oil Pastels... I prefer markers.) Paper (keep in mind the coloring media you are using. I recommend getting a sketchbook, but loose paper works too!) Eraser (I recommend the white sketching erasers. You want an eraser that will be good enough to erase your sketch!) Drawing Tablet (for digital art) *Students may want to print out worksheets of the character of the week that I provide.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
