Beginner Level
Learn about animals from around the world. Discover a new animal every week. In each class we will complete an activity sheet together loaded with interesting animal facts. We will learn about different habitats such as the desert, ocean, underground, even animals that live in the snow. Did you know some animals glow? There will be pictures and fun facts. I randomly provide educational YouTube videos depending on the animal of the day. End each class with fun topics or riddle to recap what...
Students will improve understanding of many types of animals such as behavior, habitat, animal group type (ex. mammal), and lifestyle.
1 file available upon enrollment1. Activity sheet. A blank sheet of paper will also work. 2. Pencil, crayons or markers to draw the animal. Activity sheets and the animal of the week will be posted every Sunday at 7 pm PST. The same activity sheet is also posted in the welcome post.
