In this ongoing class, discover a new animal every week! Activity sheet included. Discover the animal habitat, diet, and life span. Learn if the animal is nocturnal or diurnal and conservation status. Nat Geo inspired and quizzes too!

Class experience

US Grade Kindergarten - 3
Beginner Level
Students will improve understanding of many types of animals such as behavior, habitat, animal group type (ex. mammal), and lifestyle. 
 1 file available upon enrollment
1. Activity sheet. A blank sheet of paper will also work. 2. Pencil, crayons or markers to draw the animal. Activity sheets and the animal of the week will be posted every Sunday at 7 pm PST. The same activity sheet is also posted in the welcome post.

Exploring Mammals Vol. 9 by Hyenas-Killer whales Marshal Cavendish Reference New York (2009). 
Reptiles, Amphibians, and Invertebrates an identification and care guide second edition By Patricia P. Bartlett, Billy Griswold, D.V.M., and R. D. Bartlett (2010).
