Beginner - Intermediate Level
This class will explore the many animals that share this beautiful earth with us! I will continue to add animals to my array of classes as learners' interest is grown and encouraged. I will choose an animal (or perhaps one suggested by an eager student) to focus on each class time offered. We will explore the animal in terms of facts surrounding its type, species, habits, habitats, life cycle, food choices, etc., and any fun facts that apply! We will also focus closely on characteristics that help us to identify such animals and use these to create our own unique drawings representing our furry friends! I hope to foster a greater appreciation of all creatures! I will list animal focus for each class time clearly. Learners may pick and choose which classes to attend based on the animal of focus. My teaching style is very patient, kind, encouraging, and supportive to all. Positive words and praise are provided with gentle assistance when extra guidance is needed. My learners feel safe and confident to become risk-takers and express themselves in class leading to pride in their unique individual creations!
