What's included
1 live meeting
25 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
Students will learn a new letter of the alphabet each week while simultaneously learning about an animal that begins with that letter. In this lesson, we will learn the letter A and a corresponding animal. Students will also learn letter recognition, phonics, and tracing of each letter. We will learn through interactive games, songs, and a scavenger hunt. I will provide an optional worksheet you can print and bring to class. This worksheet will allow the student to color and trace the letter A, allowing for the student to practice their writing skills as well. This is a One-time class with a new letter being taught each week. Feel free to join all classes, or jump in and out to meet your child's learning needs. I have set a broad age range to welcome any ESL students who might want to join the class as well. I believe young children learn best through play. I hope you enjoy this fun animal alphabet class.
Learning Goals
Students will increase their understanding of the alphabet through letter recognition, phonics, songs, games, and a fun scavenger hunt. Can you find something that begins with the letter A to show the class? We will also learn fun animal facts about ants.

The teacher will provide a free printable worksheet for the student to bring to class. The worksheet will contain the letter of the week to practice writing, tracing, and coloring. This is also helpful for the student to keep their little hands busy during class for those kinesthetic learners.
