US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
Get ready for a fun adventure as we head to the zoo, virtual style. In this class their will be lots of interaction, movement and learning. We will talk about animals that we would see at the zoo and bring learning to life as we do the movements and/or sounds that the animals make. Students will also learn some fun facts about zoo animals including their characteristics. Some math skills will be incorporated into the lesson using pictures of zoo animals. We will practice counting 1-10 as well as showing numbers with our fingers. I love making my classes interactive so I ask that all students bring ONE stuffed animal or picture of an animal they may see at the zoo. At the end of class we will have an animal sharing time and students will get to share their animal. Also to interact, as we talk about what foods animals eat throughout the lesson students will be asked what foods they like to eat. Looking forward to seeing you on our trip to the zoo!
