Have you ever heard of Stone Soup? Would you like to learn how to make it? In this one time preschool class students will learn about the various vegetables used to create Stone Soup. We will discuss the color, texture, smell and taste of these vegetables. We will then act out our story as the students work together and take turns gluing their paper vegetables to a paper pot in order to make Stone soup. Prior to class students have the option to either print out and cut pictures of vegetables or draw them.
