This is a new chapter in the course work of anger management by helping learners understand that anger can be solved once they know the how.

This class is taught in English.
The learning goals and objectives for this class will introduce a new chapter in anger management for the learner to answer the question, why do you feel angry? As this class practices the strategies in class #1, #2, #3 students will learn new ones to divert anger by understanding: anger urges, anger triggers, and anger sensations. Learning how to manage the feelings of anger can empower teaches self-discipline. 
Anger management professional development training for challenging behaviors, Don't Get Mad... The Anger Alternatives Game (students review situations and scenarios that teach emotional intelligence skills. 
Homework Offered
Learners are expected to take notes when prompted to practice three activates at home or anywhere anger occurs.
