In this 5 day camp, we learn about the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Greece, and Rome. We will be doing hands-on activities and having fun while learning about ancient history!

Ancient History Camp is a 5 day, 1 week camp where learners become campers, meet daily with friends, and have fun learning about Ancient History! 🔵What will be covered? In Ancient History, we will be learning about 3 different civilizations... ◾ Egypt ◾ Greece ◾ Rome During camp, will learn more about each location, some of the more famous people from there, and have fun with hands-on activities. I will also have some optional materials that parents might want to review to continue learning about this topic during and after the camp has ended. 🔵What is provided for the week? Before camp begins, campers will get a Passport and during the week will receive stamps for each location. Campers can add the stamps to their card as they like. After each lesson, I will send a packet that will relate to the location and have other things to try at home. 🔵What is expected each week? Learners are expected to be respectful and participate in group discussions. 🔵Ages or grades of learners- This class is designed to allow students of various ages to participate, however, I would suggest the average range is 7-11. I have had learners outside this range, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. 🔵How is this different from your other Ancient Civilizations Classes? This is a camp, designed to feel more like a genuine camp experience (as much as we can do in an hour online), however, my other Ancient Civilization classes are done over the span of weeks and are more in depth. They also do not include the camp theme. 🔵NOTE TO PARENTS: I do not currently have classes available to be auto-scheduled, however, please reach out to me if you would like to schedule a time for this class that is unlisted. I am also available for 1 on 1 teaching, though please note that the costs are different for 1:1 versus group classes *Crafts involve simple basic supplies of paper or paper plates, crayons or markers, and scissors. Activities can include videos and games.
