Description
Class Experience
Students will learn facts about a dinosaur or prehistoric animal. This will include how they were discovered, what they ate, and when and where they lived. They will also learn other fun interesting facts about the creature of the week.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be talking about large Prehistoric predators animals in this class. We will cover topics like what they ate, how they hunted, killed, and how large they got. This could include images or short clips of animals attacking other animals with the goal to kill them, while I will not display any gruesome images, the content could possibly be scary to some children.
I do use video clips from Youtube to show the students the animals we are learning about. I will then send a follow-up email to parents that have the video links for students that wish to finish watching. Please review them as some videos show animals fighting or killing each other which might be upsetting to some students, you can share them with the student if you feel they are appropriate.
