If your learner interested in history and how different people use to live? In this four week flex class students will learn about four ancient civilizations. Students all learn what made this civilizations unique and how their culture's contributions still live on today. Each week we will look at a different ancient civilization and learn 20 facts about it. These facts will range from the rulers, their architecture, their clothing and food. As a father to an active 7 year old, I know that learning must be fun. The early years of a child’s education is critical not only for their future success but also their enjoyment of learning. I want to start kids off right on this journey. I have a Bachelor‘s degree from Geneva College with over a decade experience teaching children and teens. I have years of experience leading a classroom in both public schools in Ohio as well as online. I previously held credentials through the State of Ohio Department of Education (now expired). I taught in public schools for 2 school years where history and other social studies was part of my duties as an educator. I have over 5 years of experience teaching children on online platforms and have taught thousands of kids to live history. I pride myself on never letting kids get bored yet always be learning. I have a passion for helping children succeed.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
Each week we will be learning about the belief of each ancient civilization. We will talk about their religious belief from a secular point of view.
