Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will gain a foundational knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology to lay the groundwork for any future courses or to have a broad understanding of the topic.
B.S. Exercise Science; ACSM EP-C; NSCA CSCS
There will be no homework for this class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learners will be assessed on participation and general understanding of topics covered in the course via a quick quiz at the end of the course.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
There is not any particular sensitive content as we will not be going over the reproductive system, but we will be speaking about human bodies in depth and students must be relatively mature for these discussions.
