By the end of this course, students will have learned all the major bones and muscles in the body, and what they do.
Anatomy Expertise: -licensed massage therapist/muscular therapist for 10+ years (have worked with chiropractic doctors, physical therapists, and physicians) -passed the NCBTMB National Massage Certification Exam -studied kinesiology (study of human movement) -studied sports medicine -yoga instructor at University of California, Irvine -former TA to the yoga professor at Orange Coast College: Kinesiology Department Fun Fact: I'm the daughter of a physician!
Students will be provided worksheets to complete on their own time. Individual worksheets are optional, and provided for fun/extra practice. Group worksheets/activities are expected to be turned in weekly.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
