Class Experience

Students will gain a deep understanding on how their digestive system looks, works and functions and what they can do to keep it healthy.
As a German-trained and licenses physician (family medicine, naturopathy, dermatology, allergology), scientist, gastrointestinal disease specialist I have extensive knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology as well as Pathology. As a Nutrition, Brain and Mental Health Coach I know about nutrition and much more. As a mom, step-mom, aunt and grand-ma I understand kids and how to help them understand science, make it interesting  and grow as persons. I am very passionate about these topics as they apply to everyday life!
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
