Class Experience

In this class we will discuss a typical human cell and the structures that make up a cell, from the plasma membrane to the organelles. We will look at each individually and learn its specific function and how it is important to the cell and the human.
We will discuss the types of diffusion that take place across the plasma membrane in order for items to enter and exit.
We will end with an introduction to mitosis, or body cell division.
A game of Kahoot! will be used for a fun interactive way to review the material. This will mostly be a slide share, short video, and draw to label presentation of the material. I will send a note-taking sheet and pictures to label for the student to print off to use during the class.
Learning Goals
