US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
In this one-time class, I will introduce your young learner to the anatomy and physiology of the brain. We will identify the different areas of the brain. We will use playdoh to build a model. We will also demonstrate how the five senses are important to us in our everyday life. We will listen to a cute song about the brain as we are working with our playdoh model or coloring the brain and brain stem with crayons. 1 file available upon enrollmentA one-page handout will be provided to each learner. Participants should bring crayons and playdoh for the class arts and crafts project. Also, 2 blank pieces of paper should be brought to class for a quick demonstration.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
