Anatomy and Care of Equine Hooves

In this four week multi-day course, students will learn the anatomy of the equine hoof. Specifically focusing on the anatomy of the foot, care of the hooves, as well as unsoundness and disease issues that may arise.

This course is excellent for kids who aspire to be farriers, or maybe just want to learn more about horses and how to care for them.
