Class Experience

Reading aloud to young readers builds vocabulary, improves listening skills, introduces new genres, and sparks a thirst for more books! Students will listen to the Italian folktale titled Strega Nona retold by Tomi de Paola. We will share dialogue about the Central Message of this story, as well as find the country of origin, Italy, on a world map. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
