In this interactive class we will learn about Viking society and their belief in the Norse Gods. Learners will get to draw a Viking inspired picture while watching a Ted-Ed video on Norse Myths and Thor.
Class experience
In this class we will learn about the Vikings, their famous voyages, where and how they lived and famous vikings such as Erik the Red. Using a Ted-ed video we will explore how their famous longships were built and what other jobs Viking men and women pursued. We will learn about the Norse Gods they believed in such as Odin, Thor, Loki and Freya and watch a short video about Thor travelling to the land of the giants.
