The students will have a better understanding of what a story genre is and which genres they prefer to read. Also, they will develop an understanding of why a good author must consider their purpose and audience when writing a story. 

I teach English, Creative Writing and Reading on a weekly basis- both online and at school. I have an extensive knowledge of the Primary Curriculum and my lesson are planned so that students can enjoy the lessons and gain a love for story telling and writing.

Assessments Offered
The students will be assessed through an informal assessment. They will be given time to write comments about what they liked and disliked, and also, what they think they have learned from the lesson. They will also be provided with a comment from myself as a whole group.
Grades Offered

The students may choose their own storybook which must be they have read and understand well. They will also need a pencil or a pen to write with and paper in case they can't access the resources from the material attached.
