Description
Class Experience
Students will learn the different causes of social anxiety, will be reminded that they are not alone, and learn some specific tools that are right for them.
I have experience working with students and adults in stressful environments, including with prison inmates, indigenous people trying to adjust to living in unfamiliar urban environments, as well as children dealing with bullying. Reflection and affirmation of existing strengths play a major role in my teaching.
