We will play Among Us together weekly in a safe and moderated environment. Learners will use strategy and teamwork to detect and vote out the imposter. Don't be suspicious, but more importantly, have fun!

In this weekly class, students will get together to play Among Us in a safe teacher-controlled setting with other learners. Learners will have the opportunity to socialize and talk about strategies of gameplay. Among Us is a game of survival. If you are a "crewmate" you have to vote off all of the "imposters" while trying to complete all of your tasks. As the imposter, your goal is to kill all of the crewmates and use strategies to slow or stop them from completing their designated tasks to win. Rules of the game will be explained before each class. But please keep this in mind before booking: If you are "killed" by an imposter, you are NOT allowed to tell the other learners who killed you. Please do not spoil the game by saying out loud who the imposters are if you are killed. I will be monitoring the game and learners will be muted (without the option to unmute) if they repeatedly spoil the game on purpose. Learners should always be respectful to others in the class. Some learners may be new to the game and we want everyone to be able to enjoy it, so please be patient and welcoming to everyone. REQUIRED MATERIALS: Students will need to have the latest version of Among Us downloaded on a device of their choice in order to join the game. This can be a smartphone, tablet, computer, Nintendo Switch, etc. Please make sure this is set up ahead of class time as I may not be able to troubleshoot with you during the meeting. The learners will be given information to join the private room at the beginning of each class in the chat box of the meeting. If possible, try having a separate device for gameplay and the Outschool Zoom meeting.

Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Vaughn, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to our community. Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, I’m a proud dad to a 2-year-old son and a black cat named Milo 🐈⬛. I’ve been teaching English online since 2019, and my passion for connecting with learners has only grown since I began my journey on Outschool. I specialize in creating engaging, interactive lessons that explore video games, anime, pop culture, and guitar.
