Among Us: Socialize, Debate, and Have Fun!

In this class learners will join the teacher in the new and very popular game Among Us! Among Us has gained huge popularity recently due to the fun game style and its interactive nature. 

Learners along with the teacher will strategize to work together to achieve victory and determine the hidden impostors before all of the crew mates have been eliminated! Crew mate and imposter status is randomly assigned. During the game, crew mates must complete in game tasks while being on the look out for the imposters who are trying to bring the ship down.

All people will remain muted during game play to avoid spilling the beans on who the imposters are, but when someone calls a meeting, all learners are unmuted and free to debate and try to convince each other who they think the imposter are. Imposters are encouraged to use their debating skills to deceive the crew mates into believing they are innocent. 

After everyone is done debating, all players vote on who they think the imposter is and if there is a majority, they are voted off the ship. Rounds continue like this until either all imposters have been voted off, the amount of imposters remaining equals the number of crew mates, or the crew mates finish all of their ship tasks. 

Please make sure your child has some knowledge of the game before enrolling. This class will focus on the interactive and debate skills, and not teaching the actual rules of the game. :)
